The project is surrounded by houses built in the 30´s and 40´s with a maximum of 3 levels with vertical proportions at the front facade. The main intentions are urban integration, contribution to the reactivation of the neighborhood and the spatial approach of the apartments. Two spaces between the supporting walls were created to achieve double heights in the façade and to generate more verticality in the project.
Another important intention was to recreate the housing spaces with the possibility of working spaces so the users can have more area possibilities according to their needs. The program consists of 4 apartments with a living room and dining room, a main bedroom, a studio, the kitchen and main services.
