A single family home that envisions a gentle separation from the public area by creating a fascinating variety of spaces where the garden acts as a key element. Upon closer inspection, the apparent closeness and massive look and feel immediately catch the eye. These characteristics are emphasized by fully developing the volume along the width of the lot and by combining it with a plain and simple design. Instead of installing windows in the front and at the sides, internal patios were created to assure light and privacy for the residents.

All the separate elements of the project (house, swimming pool, terrace, and green areas) have been combined by integrating them in a raised base. The selection and positioning of the contrasting materials also play an important role. We see black, flat, and straight front joinery as well as highly refined brick relief.

The internal organization focuses on the sun and garden at the back of the house. All living areas are placed at the back and interconnected as to form one continuous unit. Specifically designed built-in furniture is used to simply and clearly divide all living areas as part of the open planning.
