SIGNATURE TOWERS

Signature Tower is a proposed residential development located in a dense residential neighborhood of Southern Chennai. The site, a little over 1 acre, is planned to house around 75 units comprising of 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.

The design draws its iconic form from climatic and contextual considerations, which results in sustainable concepts to capture wind and keep out the harsh sun. The hierarchy of public and private open spaces adds to the social sustainability context of the design. All the units are designed to maximize views to the ocean as well as to nearby green open spaces. The unique spiralling built form creates an identity to one of the critical intersection in south Chennai.
