Both commercial and office buildings mark the entrance to the street “Neue Rothofstrasse”, which runs parallel to the best shopping address of Frankfurt, the “Goethestrasse”.

The architectural concept is based on the idea of the stacking of different frames that reach into the public space like bay windows. As a result a vivid entity is formed without having to forego the diversity of single parts of the building.

In the upper floors the building structures protrude out to the street front and return back in the stacked top storeys. This way the street “Neue Rothofstraße” is expanded and the corners of the two buildings obtain a striking characteristics.
