GEWERS PUDEWILL

The berlinbiotechpark located in Berlin-Charlottenburg is currently developing into a prime location for companies and institutions in the life sciences sector.

Based on a master plan by Gewers & Pudewill, the park will be restructured and redeveloped according to the requirements of the particular tenants.

In this case, a 1960s production facility was converted into an office building containing a lobby, training rooms, administration and lounge areas for the Carl Zeiss Meditec AG. A new representative staircase was added. The interior design was subject to the clients conception.

Through its clarity, precision and dynamic the new façade enforces the public perception of the company´s research and development activities.
