Residential building Linienstraße
On one of the few attractive sites remaining in Berlin-Mitte saw this high-quality residential building completed. Its 26 apartments vary in size between 75 and 300 sqm net area and feature different typologies including townhouses with individual entrances.
The newly build five-storey complex also boasts a glazed penthouse with splendid views across central Berlin.
The combination of bright white marble plates and rounded glazed elements adds elegance to the building and its neighbourhood.
Large scale windows in staggered order differentiate the facade and give it vivid appearance. They blend well with the generous loggias that are so characteristic for the area.
The facade benefits greatly from subtlety of the joints and the precise and imaginative detailing.
