Housing « Jardin des Tuileries »

The housing complex, located in a bucolic setting, consists of 12 terrace houses and a stand-alond house. The designers sought a simple and economical construction allowing affordable prices and the optimization of construction time. The design of the hybrid timber-concrete load-bearing structure aligns with these purposes. The project pursues a high energy efficiency and is Minergie certified.
