Dreischeibenhaus Refurbishment

The comprehensive refurbishment works on the Dreischeibenhaus, a listed building, were completed in 2014. The 96 m high solitaire that rises out of the space between the Hofgarten and the Schauspielhaus is now fully equipped to meet the requirements of today’s office workers. The works included making improvements to the energy efficiency of the façade, modernising the building services and fire prevention systems and creating new, flexible layouts, such that offices can be tailored to suit the specific needs of each individual tenant. The modernisation works were carried out in line with Green Building criteria in order to attain LEED Gold certification.
