Oppenheim Architecture + Design

Lynx Downtown is a collaborative effort between Oppenheim (Miami) and the Pei Partnership (NY), sons of I.M. Pei, architect of the Bank of America building. The development has been conceived as an assemblage of Miami’s urban milieu structured within two separate clusters of towers. One cluster contains a purely residential programme, the other contains mixed programmes comprising office, hotel + condo/hotel. The clusters have been oriented to provide the occupants with the best possible views, and to reference complement and enhance contextual relationships.
