National Orthodox Society Camp
Located on a 14,000 square meter agricultural plot in Madaba, this project responds to the natural landscape with a site-sensitive strategy. With a construction limit of 1,000 square meters, the architecture is fragmented into smaller buildings carefully dispersed across the land. This approach minimizes visual impact, follows the natural slope, and preserves the terrain wherever possible.
At the heart of the layout is a central courtyard anchored by an olive tree. Around it, the program unfolds to include a clubhouse, a hostel, family units, and outdoor play spaces. The courtyard serves as a social core, encouraging circulation, informal gathering, and a strong relationship between built form and landscape.
